Ordering and Shipping

 The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is approved. Your item will be processed once your credit card is approved and the shipping address is verified. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excludingU.S. holidays

 Rush Ordering

 However we can never guarantee same day shipping on any order. If we fail to ship your order on the same day it was placed, the rush processing fee was paid in addition to normal shipping charges rush fee will be refunded.

 All item pricing and availability is subject to change. An available quantity displayed on the website does not guarantee the item will be available. Any price displayed is not guaranteed. Pricing information displayed at the time of Credit Card authorization will be honored for any available items. Items with "Special Order" displayed are subject to price change at any time.

The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing.

 Orders are filled on a "first come, first served" basis.

 The best deals cheap we make every Endeavour to carry ample stock of all products and stock of distribution center and will not sell out of stock items only at special request from Customer, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time.

 Although you may have placed your order when an item was showing "In Stock*" it may be out of stock by the time your order is processed through system if there are orders preceding yours. If this is the case, we will contact you and inquire as to whether you wish to proceed or receive a full refund.

 Most items are usually on order when inventory indicates its low from our distributors, manufacturer and stocks are generally replenished within 2 week at worst conditions or item is not sold at all at the best deals cheap discretion.

 1. The DOA period is 15 days from date of invoice. Items returned for DOA must be in original package with all accessories and supporting documentation.

 2. All claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 2 days upon receipt of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when damaged boxes are received. A Risk of loss passes to purchaser, upon shipment of product from The Best Deals Cheap.

 3. Customer must contact The Best Deals Cheap for a Return Merchandise Authorization number to return any item. All returns must include a copy of the packing slip as "Proof of Purchase" which includes the serial number of the item.

4. Items returned for refund must be in the original package with all accessories, all supporting documentation and in resellable condition. Improper packaging may void the warranty.

 5. The Best Deals Cheap may, at its sole discretion, exchange products or portions of a product. Any exchange will be made in accordance with The Best Deals Cheap's exchange policies in effect on the date of the exchange.

 6. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be charged on All Goods Returned for Credit. No requests for refunds are accepted after 7 days. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SPECIAL ORDERS.

 7. All credit, refund, exchange and fees will be assessed at the discretion of the Best Deals Cheap once the items are received and inspected. Do not apply the balance of your subsequent order(s); it will result in a credit hold.

 8. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 9. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be in King County, Washington

 10. Limitation of Liability. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. Liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

 11. In the event of default, the prevailing party in the legal action is entitled to recover attorney fees and court costs incurred in litigation of this matter.

 12. Motherboards. In most instances, we encourage you to send motherboards directly back to manufacturer to expedite processing. For motherboards that cannot be shipped directly to the manufacturer, the following apply: There are no returns for credit. After we identify the problem, a replacement will be supplied.

 13. Refurbished items. The item is sold 'as is' and there is no warranty unless otherwise stated in the Invoice. Most come with 30 day return. 

Refund and Return Policy 

In order to receive credit/refund from The Best Deals Cheap, I must obtain an RMA number from their customer service representative; they can be reached at talk@thebestdealscheap.com

 You must return the product to The Best Deals Cheap within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.

 I understand that refunds may take anywhere from 4-14 business days to fully process.

 I understand that refunds can take longer if I have The Best Deals Cheap drop ship to your customers directly and the recipient refuses the shipment. 

 I understand that the Customer Service representatives are judge of whether or not the product in question qualifies for return.

 Items must be returned in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

 The Best Deals Cheap will assess a 15% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory and all returns.

 All merchandise received by The Best Deals Cheap will be inspected and tested. All the returns will be processed contingent upon the test result.

 Credit Card Authorizations, Charge Back

 I also understand that if there is ANY dispute or dissatisfaction regarding the products paid herein, including fees paid By The Best Deals Cheap.com to others, which said dispute shall be taken up DIRECTLY with The Best Deals Cheap.com.

 I agree that I will NOT request a charge back or credit to my credit card in connection with any charge made Pursuant to this agreement. I herby expressly waive my rights to request any charge back against The Best Deals Cheap.com now, and in the future.

 In the event I do attempt a charge back to my credit card, then in the event of a lawsuit being filed by The Best Deals Cheap.com in relation there to, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all related attorneys' fees and cost of suit.
